 Processing is scheduled for April of 2021. The calves will finish out with avg. weights of 1000-1200 pounds. Homestead Farm and Packing in Lucedale Mississippi will be processing the beef and vacuum sealing the meat custom to your order. Our pricing on the calves is $2.25/lb. "live weight" in addition to a processing fee paid directly to River City Cattle Co. of $0.74/lb. "hanging weight" upon delivery. This will give you an avg. price of $1500/half beef and $3,000/whole beef (assuming 1,100# live weight). A $300 deposit is required for a "half beef" and a $600 deposit is required for a "whole beef."
