We offer locally farm raised and grain finished beef. All of our calves are born, raised, and finished at River City Cattle Co. We strive to raise a quality product for our customers so they keep coming back for more.
Our butcher is USDA inspected and our meat is custom cut to the customers satisfaction. All of our Beef is aged for 15 days prior to being cut up. This allows the meat to relax and for the flavors to develop. All of our beef is vacuum sealed and flash frozen as soon as it is cut.

A $300 deposit is required for a "half beef" and a $600 deposit is required for a "whole beef." To reserve your beef today, or if you have any questions, feel free to call Ashton @ 205-288-0598
